Shipment to The Door

Green's Your Colour orders are shipped to your front door unless otherwise directed.  If you are not home, the Canada Post mail carrier may decide to leave the package at a safe area at your location so that you don't need to travel to the post office to pick it up.  If you prefer not to have the package left at your door, please leave a note in the special instructions field during checkout that indicate "Do not safe drop" and we will process the request.

All orders are shipped via Canada Post and are typically delivered within 2-7 business days depending on location.  We use Canada Post's real-time posted rates.  Once we have processed the delivery we will send a tracking number to the email address provided.  All packages can be tracked using the Canada Post website.

Pick-Up from a Post Office in your City

We will ship every product right to your door.  However, you may also choose to have your order shipped to one of more than 6,000 post offices across Canada.  You'll get an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.  'FlexDelivery' is an exclusive Canada Post service that lets you choose a convenient post office location where you want your order shipped.  It's convenient, secure and free!

1. Sign up for 'FlexDelivery'
2. When you shop online, use your unique 'FlexDelivery' address.
3. Pick up your package at the post office when you receive your email notification.

Order Processing

We make the best effort to process orders as quickly as possible.  Most orders are processed within 3 days.  Delivery times vary depending on Canada Post and USPS (for our U.S. customers).  Canadian orders are typically delivered in 3-5 days once shipped and 7-10 days for U.S. orders.

Once shipped we'll send an email with shipping and tracking information.  Using the tracking numbers provided you can follow your new Green's Your Colour order on it's journey from our warehouse to your destination from Canada Post or USPS's website.

International Delivery

We ship to over 160 countries worldwide!  If for some reason our shopping cart can not provide you with a shipping quote, please email us at support@greensyourcolour.com - We will provide you with a timely shipping quote.
